Very disappointed! I bought 7 pieces Ultimate drill bits. $ 39.99 They should easy drill in wood, metal, glass, ceramic…. So showed the video clip how " wonderful" the drill bits are. In reality the first time I drilled 1/8 soft metal, I even not finished the job, when bite went completely a part.(?) I reach customer service writing two times email for return the product but never got any answer from them. They completely ignore customers if you already paid your order. Just be careful! This is scam!
Tip for consumers:
This is scam! Very cheep tools probably made in China. This is NO quality - just garbage. No customer service, after you pay your order they ignore you completely. Wasting your money.
