Called the 1800 number to see the status of a particular parts availability Shown on website as 2 (TWO) currently in stock. Operator ASSURED me that in fact they did have 2 (TWO) in the warehouse. Four days later get an email stating that they in fact did not have parts in stock and could not fulfill the order. Now the irritating thing was I needed 4 of this particular part so I placed an order for 2 more with another vendor (Tirerack) who I also called to verify availability and they only had 2 in stock but fulfilled it unlike this place. So now I have to ship the tirerack order back, time wasted look elsewhere for parts.
