Newegg use to be good but then they changed their shipping policy. Sometimes they will now lock the shipping which unfortunately means you cannot make any changes. This includes you being able to HOLD the item at a depot for pickup. What this means is that it is most likely impossible for you to get any home delivery since you cannot wait all day at home for someone from UPS to arrive. What's worse is customer service is aware of the issue and unwilling to do anything about it. My items got returned as failure to deliver and I'm done buying from them. Some of you may say send to work then, but sometimes that's not an authorized address for your payment method.
