This site does NOT send you what is pictured on their webpage. I purchased a pair of boots described as "Men Retro Lace-up Zipped Leather Boots". What I received was a cheap knockoff of what was pictured... with no zipper. Their site took down this pair of boots as an option but I included a picture below of what they offered (picture 1) compared to what I received (picture 2). It's close... but a very big disappointment when I received them. Reminded me of buying something from a cheap knock off store. "No problem" I thought because the site brags about a "no hassle" return policy. Maybe meaning, "no hassle" of actually accepting your return. After reaching out to them their response concerning a return was "Due to the high production pressure of the manufacturers in the peak season, the batches are different and will be somewhat different from the product images. There is some difference between ad and physical product, it's ad effect. As you are our kind customer, could you accept gift card US$10.00 as compensation? I recommend that you keep the merchandise and accept our compensation." Thanks for the $10 offer jerks. Just don't use this site.
