Boardwalk has at least 3 different pest controle companies. And inhouse applicators but the problem NEVER ends.
Noise violations at 2pm in the afternoon. But other tennants making noise all night for months doesnt matter.

Turned off the hot water over 2 weeks had no hot water at night. Argued that they were not turning it off.
Defending this lie. They burst the boiler and the whole building had no hot water for 3 days durring Christmas 2020... No notice. No sorry. Or acknoledgement at all.
Site managers are crooks and negligent.

Security is NEVER on site. They have security workers that travel back and forth to problems in multiple buildings.

Building is always dirty
General staff are usually nice.
But new staff quit because of the pressure to brown nose upper management. So I have been told and witnessed getting to know the workers on site.
Told that I am harassing staff by reporting problems.
1800 staff told by management not to talk to me.
Management lying about what happens in the office. In the building. Lying about reports from maintanance.
Falsifying reports.
I could go on. Believe me.
Lol.

This site allows and supports sellers defrauding their buyers.
There are other options. Seriously.
I have had nothing but problems. I have had my money TAKEN more than once.
The customer service and return / refund process is lacking to say the least.
They loose packages.
Randomly decide to stop transport at the boarder and you NEVER get what is advertised.
