Scott Cleven was referred by my Realtor. Both my Realtor and Scott were working against me not hearing my concerns that I had about environmental issue of possible dog feces, urine stains (carpet smelled) and carpet not stretched which was a trip hazard. Scott said inspections does not address carpets but other inspectors I talked to said inspections does include carpet issues; especially trip hazards in which he refused to note. He said those could be coffee stains. He knew it was not coffee stains so I fired him on the spot as I could not trust his judgment. He presented passive aggressive, rude, argumentative and not competent. I will not do business again with him.

He goes by Nick Wipper but contract name he uses is Albert Wiper so I will write a review for both names. He is a relator assisting me as a buyer to buy a home. He kept advocating for the seller (it was wrong as seller had her own Realtor) and had encouraging me not to ask for anything from the buyer because he said I got a good deal. I brought up an issue and he he kept trying to talk me out of asking the seller for anything (which was violating my rights) and after awhile became rude and argumentative. He connected me with his inspector who I fired right away because it appeared that inspector and Realtor was working against me and I fired Nick the realtor. My experience was bad as I think he lacks knowledge, integrity, ethics and professionalism. I fired him but I soon saw his broker was not concerned about how he conducted himself. I will not do business with him again.
Shiela Heg Broker was informed by me that a Realtor who works in her office was unprofessional. She did not seem to care about complaint. We were working together on a contract. She would not honor my request to have things worded a certain way and kept trying to rewrite in which her way could of cost me a large amount of money. We went back and forth for many hours when it could have been resolved quickly. She became insulting when the deal did not go through. She conducted herself as unethical, passive aggressive, rude, unprofessional, lack of integrity, non caring and incompetent. I will not do business with her again.

Dan Gamez was a Realtor involved in my transaction. I had an issue with a house that he listed. The house had many issues including structure problems. The deceptive aspect is that the property condition report reflected no issues. I called Dan and text Dan to discuss matters regarding this house and my transaction. He refused to call or text. In this type of job, I believe that no call is highly irresponsible not caring to resolve issue. Not someone I would ever hire!

He lied to me and played games when tried to get title insurance. He even made a joke of this situation by sending an email about me and my lawyer to me instead of someone else. Not a good person to do business with.
