I've worked with the folks at MonMan for a number of years, and I know Vicky well. They have been around for a long time (some firms come and go) and that says a lot. They are honest and up front, and to me that is one of the most important qualities I look for in a business partner.

Their service is great. They usually have the answer, but if they don't they will find it for you. Actually, the reason I am writing this review is because of a specific situation in which MonMan took ownership of an issue that wasn't even their fault (we purchased UPS equipment from another company, had problems with UPS capacitors) and got us results on replacement parts and service for the UPS. I would say that earned them our business, but they already had (most of) it. So, I think it earned them a positive review, and probably ALL of our business.
