CheapOStay rented a room in Rome for me. They charged my credit card then found the room wasn't available. They sent me an e-mail telling me I would receive my refund in 14 business days. It took two minutes to charge my account and fourteen days to credit it? The customer service department's English speaking skills leaves a lot to be desired.
