I placed an online order for a $2000 GE appliance over their website after talking to a nice customer service agent.
Then the buying experience went south. This was their response to my order: "This email is to inform you that we have canceled your order. We have been unable to verify the Credit Card, Billing or Shipping address that you supplied"
I called their customer service department again and got perhaps the worst customer service agent ever. After advising him the billing address, the shipping address, and the credit card number provided on the order were in fact all correct, and that VISA advised me US Appliance made no attempt to debit my credit card for the purchase, he was rude and made no attempt to resolve their issue and process my order.
I do not recommend dealing with this company based on my recent experience with US Appliance.
