“Paid for theme, unable to download, they refuse to help”

I made the horrible mistake attempting to purchase a muse theme from this website. The download links are dead and the customer service doesn't respond. I've tried following their (inaccurate) download instructions to no avail. Now I am unable to even log into my account. Awful website, stay away if you care about your money.
