Yandy shipped my order to my old address--I'd changed my primary address on PayPal and I changed all my credit card addresses, but evidently I did not change the shipping address associated with each card on my PayPal account. Maybe my fault (I was never given notice that I needed to do so), but whenever something like this happened to me before, or to my friends, or to my husband, the company would reship the merchandise without any fuss. Not Yandy. I talked to two customer service reps, neither of whom were helpful. One of them said that because I did not adequately review my order confirmation email and cancel the sale the same day, it was my problem. I don't know about you, but I don't scrutinize every confirmation email I receive on a same-day basis to make sure that the company I'm doing business with doesn't have an opportunity to stick it to me. There are plenty of websites to order lingerie from. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Hey Andressa - I would happy to look into this if you supply your order #. It does sound like we shipped to the address provided at checkout, but I would be happy to double check.
