After many years of membership at this panel, I saw their rewards getting less and less incentives. Asking a question to them, seems hard to receive a complete answer or they only answer at one question only, don't ask more than one question on the same message when contacting them. This panel use Zendesk as member services and let me tell you that Zendesk desk is anything but far from being ZEN at all. You need to have patience when contacting them, they seem to have difficulties to understand you. Avoid at all cost, you'll lose your time, doesn't worth the efforts at all. Too bad, this panel seemed to have a beautiful future and a pleasant panel but got worst only in a few years.

Your time worth more than the rewards given by ACOP
