It has been over an yeas since i booked a flight with them and i still have not received my refund. This company is pure crap, giving them 1 star feels like giving them a prize. It should be -1000. No customer service, no replies, no nothing. There are thousands of customers that have not received their money back, but somehow, this company still exists. How is this even possible!
