Buenos días Sr. Barbosa,

En relación con su solicitud de 102xxxxxx y tras verificar el código del cofre, le informamos que su abono de cambio caducó el pasado 28/10/2017, no es posible renovarle el abono de cambio/prolongación. Wonderbox les ofrece un amplio período para hacer uso de su cofre o bien para hacer el nuevo cofre de cambio.

Gracias a los comentarios de los usuarios se pasó de tener 3 meses para adquirir el nuevo cofre a 6, si han dejado pasado dicho período lo lamentamos, pero no es posible renovar su crédito de cambio.

They basically STOLE my money!

This website/service is a big SCAM! Do not get this anyone as a gift.

Avoid the headache and do not get this as a gift to anyone or yourself!

This thing is the biggest SCAM I've experienced.

I've received a "Wonderbox" gift from my wife the have caused me more headaches then wonderful pleasures.

First of all you will go through the worse nightmares trying to find a place that will accept this thing. You will spend countless amount of time trying to find a place to go and when you finally call the place to make a reservation you will here from them "I am sorry but for these dates cannot accept Wonderbox."

After countless amount of spent time I finally found something just to find out that I had to add 60 on top of my gift to be able to use it. So I did. I called wonderbox and added with my credit card 60.

When I called back the place they say what?
"I am sorry but for these dates cannot accept Wonderbox."

So after been so tired of this going back and fourth. I gave up. And this company called Wonderbox that should be called Scambox have 119 of mine.

Tip for consumers:
This is a nightmare! Stay away from this Wonderbox company.

My experience with these people was a nightmare!

I placed a order on 2016-12-16.
(Note: Their site only allow you to place an order if the item is in stock!)

Nearly one month after they sent me an email saying that 3 items in my order was not in stock offering me to either get a refund or wait (undetemently) for a restock.

This website does NOT comply to its promises. They play with your money for a month and then tell you they do not have the product.

Don't waste your time and money buying from them.

Very bad. Stay away from them!
