I will never purchase anything from 4Seating again because they charged me a extra $100.00 delivery fee because know one could be home when they wanted to deliver.

We always do our best to offer a solution that works for all parties. We do this due to our commitment of providing the best customer service that we can give. Everyone from the owners to the executive management team, and all the way through every department in the company are hardworking, dedicated, honest employees with integrity. We have a deep desire to always be helpful and learn more so we can be better every day. All delivery appointments are scheduled between the freight carrier and the customer. Customer's agree on the delivery date and time with the freight carrier. When a delivery appointment is cancelled by the customer, the freight carrier will charge a re-delivery fee due to transportation costs and loading/unloading the freight twice.
