“NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN”

I purchased 1 item and had such a horrible experience that I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. They refused to give me a credit even though they said that they would for a faulty component. I still have never received a credit after over 10 attempts.
