Worst customer service I have encountered in my life. I have tried to contact them several times via e-mail and phone and they have not answered. Not even a courtesy reply to acknowledge your message was received. What kind of company is this?
I can't believe how horrible customer service in this company is. I have tried to contact them several times via phone and e-mail and they have never responded. Not even to acknowledge that the message was received... NO. THING!
