I ordered a $20 vacuum sweeper attachment from them, including $5 "insured shipping". Waited two months for the item to arrive but it never did. It is disingenuous for a company to offer customer service by advertising "just e-mail or call us and we'll make it right" and not provide a telephone number for consumers to reach them. So I contacted my bank that I used to pay for the merchandise to get Supanami's phone number. Since they use Shopify to accept payments, their contact info. Is not transmitted to the bank. My extensive efforts to track their shipment with the Yanwen tracking number listed in my order confirmation were unsuccessful. The final entry showed: delivered at destination country post office. Not at my post office! My email to them was finally answered weeks after sending it. They asked me to be more patient and give it two more weeks and then had me check with my post office to make sure it wasn't just sitting on a shelf. After complying with both of their requests, I finally discovered a phone number they listed on a new holiday ad. I called twice, could only leave messages but no return call. I then emailed them a detailed request for a refund with specific instructions and as of now, I haven't heard back. That's how they "make things right."
