They sent me the wrong item likely on purpose because they were oos. They should have checked with me prior to shipping. They did not offer any solution to make it right.
I am so sorry to hear you were sent an incorrect item. Normally if an item is out of stock we automatically reimburse the customer for that item and send them an email. If you have not yet been assisted we would love to make this right. Are you able to provide me with your order number?
