Ordered a personalized birthday card allowing plenty of time for it to arrive - 4 weeks! Never arrived. Contacted Zazzle told to be patient that it would arrive! Had to panic buy a standard card locally instead or miss my nephews birthday! 6 weeks later still no card. Contacted again. Was refunded straight away but without explanation or apology about why my card was never dispatched to me! Will never use again and they keep sending me constant emails asking for a review but unable to give an honest one as order is marked as "RETURNED"!
