Without any reliable proof showing some white papers afar and blames Turkey for allowing ISIS fighters cross the border. Really, are you Guys nuts? Why don't you allow 3 million Syrian Refugees go to Europe from Russian borders or stay in Russia? Russian air forces bombing civilians and then blames US.
