On August 11, I ordered a backpack for my son on this site; I realized later that this came from China; The package was collected by S. F Express only on August 31st.
I received after more than a month, on September 18th, NOT what I had bought: it was a pair of sunglasses!
I replied to the email I received from the seller (with the package track number) about the error and got no response; Also left messages on the seller's site with no response!

When you search for the items it takes you to other sites, like:
