I canceled my account (crepe erase) months ago. Spoke to what I thought was an intelligent representative and cancelled my order because I was told some bs story about their billing which was never relayed to me initially and sounded sketchy to put it mildly. I returned the unopened box of creams and was assured I would not be billed in the future. Low and behold they billed me $62.56 for a subscription I no longer have for a product I no longer use and I'm. Or paying for it. Perhaps the Federal Trade Commission Should be contacted.
