Horrible bank to deal with, stay away from this terrible online service, I could not get my deposited money from this bank, and wasted several weeks and hours of phone calls and emails. I filed complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Better Business Bureau and FDIC. Only then the bank responded to return my money.
I read many reviews on few websites most of the customers had terrible experience with this bank.
They dont answer the phone, often times i had to hold for over hour and then be disconnected, they refuse to call back or follow up.
This bank lures customers by way of opening saving and checking account keep deposit for 3 to 5 months and receive $300 bonus, then you get trapped with poor service.
