Their profile is to draw you in to sign up for tutoring services which requires you to enter your credit card only to find out all the tutors are useless. Everyone said they do not know the answer to take on the case, yet one of the charged my credit card. Then they automatically enrolled me into their monthly subscription service even though I dont use their materials. Their customer service reps are used to getting requests for refunds. Their script goes something like we can only refund the prorated rate of this month, unfortunately i dont know what happened, we dont have records of activities. I am in the middle of filing a complaint with the BBB. What an unethical business model aimed at students.
