Bought a 5 in 1 cavitation machine that arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately the cavitation head does not work. Contacted customer service and received a reply the next day asking for a video to prove the part was defective. After uploading the video I had to wait for review and decision in replacement. The next day I was informed that a replacement was sent, 5 days later I received an spare cavitation head, tested 8t and it does work either what leads me to believe that the machine is defective. Now I had to send a second video to prove again that the new part sent doesn't work. It has been approximately 15 days on this ordeal and wasting my time. I just I never brought it and have my $500 back.
