I've been buying makeup from this company for years. They have very competitive prices, a nice assortment of products, and the delivery is amazingly quick. I have always received what I ordered, and my last purchased included a free eyeshadow and eyebrow pencil. I have recommended them and will continue to buy from there.

Purchased a few things on Amazon - prices were 'okay' meaning they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either - what I did like though was the ease of the purchase and that the products arrived exactly within the time slots they provided. I also like their review section under each product as I find it helps me to decide if i'm sitting on the fence about a product. Will use them again.

Lots of products to choose from, found great prices on supplements that would have cost me twice as much elsewhere. My only complaint is shipping, first few times it was fast and everything arrived no problem, the last time the package was lost and they did not reply to any of my emails, then finally after a few months I got a partial refund. So if you buy from them make sure you pay a little more for shipping to ensure you get it each and every time.

I contacted their customer support to ask questions about a specific Prada bag. Jonathan in customer support replied within an hour. So I took the chance and ordered a Prada Vitello Daino Black Leather bag which arrived in a few days. The bag had a few tiny scratches on the hardware but as they're an outlet store I wasn't surprised. I've never owned a deerskin leather bag before, but I like it because it's durable, it looks great with my jeans, and when I accidentally spilled something on it, it wiped off easily. My bag did come with the authenticity card, care booklet and sleeper bag. I'm now looking for a Prada wallet and if I don't find the one I want in stores, I will visit them again.
