I am so happy I discovered this company a couple of years ago. Shipping is super quick, free shipping with low minimum spend threshold and a free rewards program. They package everything so well, sometimes includes samples and always a sucker. When I have had mixups (which have happened maybe once or twice and I order from here quite often), customer service is super professional, friendly and has the issue resolved in no time. Highly recommend!

I love ordering from chaptersindigo.ca. They have an amazing variety of products, competitive pricing, frequently have coupon discounts, they are on Ebates, have a fantastic rewards program and free shipping with a very low minimum purchase. I can not say I have never had issues ordering from them but I can say they have ALWAYS been AMAZING at resolving an issues I have had. I prefer to order online as the online prices seem to be lower (books especially). It seems odd but at the same time I can get where it makes sense, even though it can be frustrating. I still love going to the store and looking around, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Probably one of my favourite stores!

Shoppers Drug Mart BeautyBoutique.ca is my favourite place to order all of my beauty products. Free shipping with a minimum spend, always seem to have bonus point offers as well as samples. They package every order beautifully and carefully. Shipping is also super quick and they offer free returns.

I have ordered from H&M a couple of times and have never had an issue. Prior to ordering I was looking at some reviews and comments on Facebook which made me hesitant to place an order. All of my orders were received in a reasonable time frame with the correct items. If I recall I think they even offer free returns now (I may be mistaken on that but thought I seen that the last time I ordered). They have really cute stuff, decent quality and always seem to have a sale on something.

I think Beachbody is a great company. I have purchased both from US site and now their CDN site. I find their website difficult to navigate, so I do have a hard time finding what I am looking for at times. I am also sad that we can not get all products in Canada (where as when we ordered from the US site we could). Yes, you have to watch to see if you are signing yourself up for a subscription, most challenge packs are going to auto enroll you with a couple of their products or if you want the best price on their supplement products the best price will be via subscription. I do not fault them on this and I personally feel they make it pretty clear. They also make it very easy to cancel or give you an option to delay shipments for a couple of months, any dealings with customer service have been awesome. My favorite thing they have come out with is Beachbody on Demand. They literally have every program for you to stream at a very reasonable price.

My rating is a four star due to website design and not being able to get some of the products in Canada.

I have ordered from here a few times. Shipping is always super quick. They have a great size guide to help make sure you find the right style and size to fit your body. I have had to return an item once and it took a longer time than I expected to get my refund (and only after I sent email follow up to see when it would be coming). They used to quite often have coupon codes for the entire site but now the majority of the promotions I receive are for certain items that are marked down. Overall, happy with the products with this site, my experience with customer service was a bit slow which is why I only rated 4 stars.

I have always had good experiences ordering from Zulily. I really appreciate that they now show prices in CAD and duty is included at checkout. They make it very clear (IMO) how long you will be waiting to get an item and unless the item indicates Ready To Ship it does take awhile, but it is the way their business model is set up. If I need something within a certain time frame I will not order from here, definitely need to have patience waiting for your goodies to come. However, I have ordered Ready To Ship items and have received within three business days of ordering. Another thing I also like is when items have ratings. Some do, some do not. Adult clothing can be hit or miss on sizing depending on the brand. I have had to contact customer service regarding an issue and they resolved in a reasonable time. It is a legit site, they have unique stuff but before you order make sure you look at the shipping time!

I have ordered from thebay.com numerous times. Of all the times I have ordered there has only been one time that was a negative experience but I was able to easily contact customer service for an explanation. Some items show in stock but ship from individual stores vs the warehouse, these items can sometimes not end up being shipped. I think they have a great selection, great sales and awesome brands to choose from. I have to dock a star on my rating as I do not have a Bay Card, nor do I want one, so I have to spend $99+ in order to get free shipping (unless it is a beauty order). If you have a Bay Card the free shipping threshold is lower. Also, most additional coupon code discounts are for cardholders. Returns are easy when you do with within the listed time frame and in store. I have never returned via mail. Shipping has always been super quick and shipping charges are reasonable if you dont hit the free shipping threshold.

I used to love ebates and used it all the time. The stores I shopped with frequently were no longer on Ebates and then others decreased their cash back or put other restrictions in place which was making it a lot harder to earn cash back. I also find shopping through their app SUPER glitchy, there are a few stores where I just cant checkout but if I log in through the ebates website it works. Weird. For me, due to some stores dropping off of ebates and others decreasing their cash back incentive it isnt as wonderful as it used to be.

I used to order from amazon.ca on an almost weekly basis and I had an Amazon Prime account that was well worth the money. In the last eight months or so I have ordered a handful of times and have not renewed my prime membership. Their prices fluctuate so much and majority of the time their prices or slightly higher or the same price as their competitors (sometimes there prices are so outrageous it is laughable... and I am talking about both fulfilled by and shipped by Amazon items). If you do not have a prime account and choose the Free Standard shipping the orders take over a week to receive (my last two orders each took 8 business days). Prior to my prime membership free standard standard shipping would be received within 3-4 business days. They also used to have a chat option if you were having issues with your order, which was super convenient and quick. Now the only options are email or phone. I find I really have to make sure to read product descriptions and watch the return policy on each item. All of the changes made make it less attractive to order from here when I can order from a competitor for the same price or less with faster shipping.

I ordered from this company during their Cyber Monday BOGO sale. I received a code to access the sale a day early and made my purchase on the Sunday. In the Facebook Live video she indicated all items were IN STOCK and would ship out the NEXT BUSINESS DAY unless the item was marked PRE ORDER. I chose the fleece lined leggings and the boyfriend lounge pants. I was not going to order because my order did not include free shipping but decided to pay the $12 shipping charge because I was getting two pairs of pants for a reasonable price. I received an order summary right away confirming my order. I received a shipping confirmation four days later on November 30, which confirmed both of my items were on the way. Received another email that my items were out for delivery December 7, again showing both items. Received my order and only received the fleece lined leggings and the lounge pants were crossed off the packing slip, and indicated refunded no reason why. I was slightly annoyed and confused because all correspondence received indicated they had shipped both. I never received an email about a refund or anything (I did receive a refund though). Out of curiosity I went on the website and found the pants, in my size in stock and I could have ordered them (full price) -but I didnt (so it was not because they were out of stock). If I would have known I would have only received one pair I would not have paid $12 shipping to get them. It would have been nice to receive correspondence letting me know what was going on. I never sent an email as from what I have gathered from following the owner on Instagram is that they are human and it is what it is, they are not sorry, they are human and mistakes happen. I also dislike that they delete any negative feedback, so it appears everyone has great experiences. I read the reviews on this site before ordering but I also saw a local business rave about Obv Chic so took a chance. But after my order experience and following both the company and company owner on Instagram (since unfollowed), I will not order from this company again.

As far as a two star rating I had to give them more than a one star as the leggings I received were well made and very warm, I was happy with the quality. They also did refund me basically giving me half off the pair I did receive.

Ultimately, their lack of customer focus and lack of transparency are the reasons I personally will not order from this company again or subscribe to their subscription box. I do not feel my experience is a one off and that they try to filter these experiences out. Even if you do a search on Facebook of Obviously Chic it brings up public posts of people talking about similar experiences (not on the companys Facebook page though).

I do realize my experience is not horrible but the way they handled my order did not make me feel as though they valued my business. There was no apology or reason given with regards to my missing item.
