I bought a hat and had to return it for the poor fit. Purchased beginning of September and here we are in the middle of October and still no refund on my card. I even used their return label, but they don't know what the tracking number is off of their return label. Called customer service several times and keep getting the same response " I'll forward it to my supervisor and they will call you" which hasn't happened yet. If their managers cared at all for their customer base, they would definitely fix issues with their return department
