My mattress order was fantastic. Arrived right on time and I was kept informed throughout the entire delivery process. Plus, you don't need to be home when it arrives. Comes in a big box, you brung it inside, open it up and out unfolds your mattress. What a comfortable mattress too - now ordering the platform. And I see the adjustable platform in my future. Huge fan of Wink mattresses!

Unfortunately price was much higher than what Wirecutter showed, so that was disappointing. Hopefully will be able to up my rating once the mattress is delivered.
