Do not order from them. They will not reply to emails, calls, texts, message or ANYTHING. It took a month to get my order. This company has serious issues. Stay away!

Amy, We're sorry to see this but wanted to offer an explanation. JackThreads was sold around 2017 and experienced a rough few years under two new ownership groups. As of October 2022 JackThreads is now back in the hands of our original founder, with a growing assortment of product, and a fully staffed customer service team.
