I ordered my son some jordans. I thought they may be fake but didn't think they would not send a product. There is no contact number and when you go send an email. Email doesn't go through. What should I tell my bank. It wasn't me or be honest. I placed the order 12/3 and it just says processed has been since that day, and cannot contact them. Help!
