The tutors frequently have connectivity issues. We start working on a problem, they get disconnected and then they connect me to a different one. Way to waste time. I've had scheduled sessions where no tutor showed up. The customer service department is unhelpful when it comes to dealing with complaints, they turn a blind eye and refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. I won't be using this service anymore. The price is competitive but like they say, you get what you pay for.
Tip for consumers:
If you have time to wait a long time for your tutors it's fine, if not, don't bother with them
