Purchased a ticket to fly out on the 15th. When received the email It says the 13th. Called right away to correct this. I did see they had a flight out on the 13th. I may have clicked the wrong one. However the prices posted were the same on either date. I'm pretty confident that I purchased the 15th. However willing to admit I may have messed up. It shouldn't matter as the prices were the same online anyways. So I call right away to fix. Go figure they charge me another $100. I think it's some kind of scam. I should have stock with Travelocity. I know next time..
Customer chose an alternate date that we offered at a cheaper fare first. She didn't review the dates when she selected it, or ignored the 3 alerts that we also posted around the flight, and at the end of the transaction stating "you have chosen an alternate date, and you saved $$$". You have upto 24 ours to call and let us know there is a problem,. You can cancel the flight and in this case get a full refund. She didn't contact us until after the fact, therefore, she had to pay the airline penalty to change to the date she needed. All travel companies have to collect the airline penalty, and if you purchased directly with the airline, they would charge as well. Our apologies for her inconvenience!
