I starting ordering from Wish back in December of last year (2017). Well, I wish I had looked at their reviews before starting to order and I wish I had stopped ordering from them after I started getting clothing (and other items) that were way tiny (no where near the sizes that we would call say... Medium, Large, or XL... more like children's sizes. I wear between a medium and an XL in junior/misses and wear between a 13-17. I would have to order 2X and 3X and sometimes they would fit, but a lot of times they would even be too small and in a few cases they were way too large), or very low quality items, or better yet either it taking months to get my packages or not getting them at all. But, I trued to be honest with them, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to give them a fair chance. I have actually gotten some pretty good stuff from them, including clothing, but over half of the items I have received over the past year have not been worth the money or the hassle. My boyfriend and have spent at least $500 (maybe more) with Wish over the last year. We had ordered a really nice 5,000 BTU air conditioner this past summer and so far, I have not issues with it. Now with all my coupons, savings, and the free shipping it only cost about $110. And we don't have any complaints on the A/C, but I had to obtain refunds for quite a few items, including clothing that was either of very poor quality, didn't fit, or NEVER came in. I tried to be honest and fair with them, but I feel strongly that between my orders in June/July and September, they didn't intend to send them because I did not receive about half of the things that I ordered. They blacklisted me several months ago (before I realized that they were not coming. See they take FOREVER to come in the mail unless you spend way extra on expedited shipping and they want you to give them between 30 to 60 days to receive them). They conveniently did that and had not sent me clothing that I had ordered starting back in June and up until say, August or September. They sent me all the makeup I ordered back in August and September, and it was great. I have received some things that actually worked or was a pretty decent quality and a pretty good deal. They have not sent me probably at least 10 to 15 pieces of clothing and they blackballed me so I can not even contact customer service to let them know (they block you from contacting customer service when they "flag" your account, but they will take your money). Needless to say, I have not ordered anything else from them nor will I. There are too many other reputable sites that one can order off of and not get ripped off or sent inferior quality items from (and that you could actually receive your merchandise when your order). So, I would encourage you NOT to order from Wish if you can help it and if you do, order at your own risk!

These are some slick con artists. Neither my boyfriend or I did any business with these people, we did not initiate contact, or buy anything from them. They legally obtained my boyfriend's debit care number and fraudulently debited almost $72 out of his account. Neither one of us actually received anything for the "purchase," but a sore rear. They apparently were fishing for information from either my boyfriend or me when one of us was on the internet. I had never heard of them, nor had my boyfriend. We did not even know what they did and I'm still not entirely sure what they sell or do. When I researched who they were, I had a hard time located their "site"and understanding what they sold. It seemed that they either sold software for building your own website, or your paid them to build and/or maintain your own website or just something to do with software. Neither my boyfriend nor I have tried to build our own website or anything like that. We found out that they were based in Australia. Conveniently, they do not have a phone number (and even if they did, we do not have international calling on our cell phones) and there is not a customer service person or department that one could easily access to contact them regarding any problems. I had to be routed to several pages and go round and round to finally find an e-mail address to contact. I got a response within a day or so and explained our problem. They apologized but said that they could not help us. They said that they could take our money, but it would be IMPOSSIBLE to find the transaction so we could receive our money back. I went back and forth with them a few times and the person I was conversing with said pretty much the same thing several times. Well, I happened to get a survey e-mailed to me asking to share my experience with their customer service. I told them that basically they were thieves that stole from people and I was not happy with the "assistance" that I received or rather did not receive. Usually, most companies send these surveys to customers for quality control just to see how they are doing and so they can make some positive changes to enhance the customer experience. Well, not these guys. The same person that I was conversing with through e-mails send me an angry message and told me again and very angrily that they were truly sorry that this happened, but they could not help me (so basically "how dare me tell the truth and tell them about themselves.) They were angry that I was not eager and grateful to have been screwed over by them. There are far too many fraudulent companies and fraudulent dealings between companies and/or individuals nowadays. I am personally tired of getting ripped off by people like this. Do NOT do business with these people and it may be a good idea to up your security so companies or people can not obtain your debit card information so they can't steal from you. These people have their never and they are crooks of the highest degree.
