I just got back from vacation and several places were either closed or seats were sold out for shows. Groupon says "oh well". One customer service rep even told me that the only way they would even consider a refund is if the merchant called and told them they would not honor it. What? Yeah right like the merchants are going to take their time and do that.
It just is not worth the horrible way that you are treated by Groupon. I have found it really is not worth it because the savings are not that much and can often be found online and you do not have to worry about a "no refund policy"
