I ordered a pair of soccer boots for my son
After about 8 messages I still have not received them nearly 3 months later. I'm still waiting for a response from them for my refund now. Will I have to wait another 6 months for that? Bloody terrible!

In this case, you can wait for March 24 so you can request for DHgate Mediation instead. This will be handled by our Resolution Center so they can contact the seller for you and help you resolve the issue. Please keep posted on your DHgate Inbox for updates.
