I placed an order for some Christmas gifts online. I received an order confirmation, but that was it. It's pretty SUSPISH when I tried to see what the delay in shipping might be about... when the ORDER NUMBER Harbor Freight gave me doesn't work. In fact, it says I have no orders. Soooooo, you sent a confirmation email with all the details, including what I purchased and the order number, but I don't have any orders? And no, it's not the usual hiccup of purchasing as a guest instead of having an account online with them. NEITHER works. No one has answered my emails either. I am DONE.DONE.DONE. Dispute with Discover will guarantee someone at Harbor Freight will crawl out from under a rock.

DAY #1: Ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece for my elderly mother, who lives in another state, and I paid extra for same day delivery and expedited delivery. The local florist with whom FromyouFlowers contracted actually called ME and left me a voicemail saying my delivery was ready for pickup!? WUT? Had to school the florist and I THOUGHT things were straightened out, especially when I received a delivery confirmation via email a few minutes later. DAY #2: Called my Mom late morning Thanksgiving and she had not received anything! Called FromYouFlowers and spent 20 minutes on the phone requesting full refund and was put on hold at least 5-6 times, finally got a full refund. And Mom finally got the centerpiece. DAY #3: Imagine my surprise today when a DIFFERENT florist called me and said they had a delivery for my Mom. I said noooo, not sure how they got involved but I never placed an order. Imagine my rage when FromyouFlowers called me tonight and I STILL don't know why they were calling and neither did the less than intelligent nitwit on the phone. This is a HUGE ALERT! DO NOT order from this company!

I have occasionally ordered clothing from Zulily for years. Despite the return/stocking fee of $8.95 being a bit ridiculous, I really never had major problems with Zulily -

UNTIL DECEMBER 2018!

Most women order a couple of different sizes because sizes are
All over the place. So imagine my shock and dismay when I decided to return a
Few items, and they tell me I get a STORE CREDIT.

I replied that I didn't WANT a store credit, I wanted my
Refund via PayPal and my credit card, the original method of payment.

And I get another email stating "our return policy has
Changed."

Oh, how convenient for you, Zulily.

What is really sad about this is that I really liked the
Variety of clothing on the site, and I had always told friends who asked "where
Did you buy your amazing dress?(or top, or jacket, or tunic.) to check out Zulily website.

Apparently Zulily doesn't care to retain loyal customers.

Especially at Christmastime, when most of us are spending
Extra money, it's rather a sickening stomach punch to be told my good faith
Purchases and possible returns would result in Zulily keeping my money.
Reminiscent of the old bait and switch game.

Shameful.
