This is my second review. Recently I commented on how I received a $. 01 payout after the $9.99 bag fee was deducted. At that time, I had another bag pending (wishing I could undo this now), but I was hopeful due to the large amount of high quality items I sent. They accepted three, a dress, a belt, and a pair of Abercrombie jeans. Total payout: $3.60. Total credited to my account $0.00, thanks to this bag fee. If I would have combined my two shipments, I could have gotten $3.61 total toward an order. This was a HUGE amount of high quality clothes. I really wish I could get them back and donate the ones I KNOW I wouldn't want to a credible, LOCAL organization.

Unless you want to get your hopes up and be sorely disappointed, do not "sell" your items. I do recommend shopping them, because some deals are great. But do it quickly, I can't imagine this site will last any longer than the other failed online consignment shops did.

This company does not respect the customers. If they did, there would be much better policies, coupon codes wouldn't be impossible to come across anymore, and they would be more careful about the language they use. In a recent email, those who may subscribe to them as I do, there was a blunt reference to profanity saying, "fuq expensive handbags" as the heading. Are you serious? Get it together, Thredup.
