Ordered items with express expedited shipping to be here by Christmas. Ordered BY the cut off stated on website to be here by Christmas! Didn't get shipped out til days before Christmas and when tried contacting them all they do is say "it's scheduled to be deliver the 30th". It's the 30th - still not here! If I had know it wouldn't have been delivered by Christmas I would have ordered elsewhere. Not doing business with them again!
