Unable to handle things online or by phone. I was not happy with service in perspn and theft on site. Rude service No solutions and harassing calls that make no sense. Too many notices by mail. Service and probls with debit purchases and fees reported on other sites. Locations of bank keep changing. Way to difficult. Very stubborn in helping disolve things. I no longer care what they do. Calls every other day not from 1-800-SunTrust but *******375. The calls and inquiries are upseting legal partner possible connection but no help legally. Too difficult. Amy Davis-Davidson
