I lost an order that is worth $450, the two packages were returned to sender (MYUS) through Fedex Express Germany, I kept chasing both companies to trace my packages for 6 months and finally after 6 months of chasing them every now and then, MYUS told me that I have to consider it lost and they can not claim it because of no insurance. Not only I was chasing them but when I was telling them something is wrong they kept telling me returned orders takes time and we can not trace it.
