Fraud website. Indigo has refunded my booking amount on 4 July and I cancelled the ticket as per ease my trip customer care email reply in end Sept. But still they have not transferred my amount to my bank account and only giving excuses. Complete fraud... will never book from this website again.

My wallet balance is showing Rs. ******* as I had cancelled the ticket due to Corona lockdown as the flight had got cancelled. However, when I am doing a transfer to my bank account, it is giving the message as already processed but I have not got any amount in my bank account.
Email replies from customer care are absure and they are giving same reply that it is being processed... this is since 1 month am getting same reply.
I would never book nor recommend Ease My Trip to any person and I am a teacher for economics and business management and I teach IB, IGCSE and A Level students... so obviously I will be quoting this as a bad service example in all my classes to all my students... most of these students often use airlines for travel out of India and within India... and this will ensure they do not book from Ease My Trip and so avoid such pathetic experience similar to mine.
