I have been using Travelopod for booking my tickets to India from last 4 yrs.
Happy Path so far and no issue till now when they showed true colors.

I had booked my mother in laws flight with travelopod who was going to stay with us for 5 months. Then I gave the same itenary after 3 months to them to book my Father in laws ticket with return itenary matching exactly my mother in laws.( I had used wheelchair for my mother in law as she cannot travel alone when she traveled to US. so they both going together was a must)

For my father in laws itenary, i saw that in one leg of journey ( June 10 JFK-LHR), the flight number didnt match up with my mother in law. When i questioned, I was told the same flight now has a new number and i need not worry. So i asked for in writing that my parents wont have any issues while going back and they happily provided that.

I was satisfied as the Company is giving in writing that there is no issue.
When the date for travel came, the agent at RDU could not generate boarding pass for JFK - LHR-DEL. They flew from RDU to JFK in same flight. When they reached JFK, they were told that the flight from JFK to LHR was different for both. They had no clue what to do and were going around counters asking for help. So instead of resting at their age, they were running around trying to fix a issue that Travelopd caused.

When i complained to Travelopod about their blatnant lies, the response is we are sorry for the miscommunication and we will give you 25 - 50 $ off when you book your tickets next time with us.

A GREAT OFFER.

Totally pissed off and never doing business with Travelopod again.
What is a company that gives you false information in writing. I wanted refund if not full, atleast partial so that they know they cannot falsify statements and sell tickets in future.

My in laws flew on ( American Airlines/British Airways on June 10 RDU-JFK-LHR-DEL)
