We were sent the wrong filters and ever since all attempts to get in touch have been unsuccessful. Noone picks up the phone, emails are being responded after a week with 2 words: send pictures and then after we sent pitures no response at all withis 10 days despite our several emails. Finally gave up and sent an email for return request and no wonder, that has not been replied to either. Noone ever picks up the phone or returns calls. Sending a snapshot of their website.
