I've ordered from zulily multiple times over the last few months and have had nothing but great experiences. I ordered these maternity jeans that ended up having a tear in the band. When I related that to customer service, I received a full refund and a $15 store credit. In another order two of the items I received were not the quality that the picture showed. Once again, zulily credited the full amount of both items back to me within a day of me talking to them. Every other item I've received from them has been good quality, some amazing, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered from them over the weekend and stupidly did not look up reviews first. As soon as I ordered I sent them a request to cancel the order. Got no response over two days and finally got an email saying they would give me a refund. However just today I saw that it was only a partial refund of what I actually paid! I then went to check my account on their site and the order was conveniently gone. I will be calling my bank and asking them to report this as a scam. I'll hopefully be able to get the rest of my money back!
