I was sooo excited when I went to click and collect my new gucci. Unfortunately the moment I unwrapped it from the poorly made cloth bag to the plastic wrap all over it I instantly new it was a fake item. I then contacted a friend who had the same item and the difference was obvious she also expressed she had received a counterfeit item from them in the past. The authenticity card that was provided didn't even match the item! However I was fortunate enough to receive a refund as I wend straight back in the next day. Would never buy from them again!
