I ordered a foundation and a few other sale items on April 8th. On April 12th I was wondering why I haven't received an email confirming the shipping so I went to the website to review my order. A notice popped up (that didn't pop up when I actually placed the order) saying due to COVID-19 and travel bans, some countries could not be delivered to. It said for updates to the US to check their Facebook page, so I did. It said that unless you pay for EMS shipping (an extra $20 no matter what you're ordering) the order will be cancelled. Well, here I am on April 14th, I emailed them two days ago with no reply. I have checked into other Korean based websites that don't have this ridiculous requirement to pay all the extra shipping, so I see this as a way to screw their customers during a time like this. I recently ordered two foundations from a Korean seller on Amazon and got them within two weeks without issue. This website is truly a scam and they go out of their way to cheat people during the COVID-19 outbreak because they think they can get away with it. Really disgusting. Wish I read more reviews about this company before giving them my card details. I now have to sit on hold with my bank for over 30 minutes on hold just to dispute the charge and get my money back. What a shame.
