They didn't put my account on auto bill so it went without payment. They threatened to shut us off, so we made a payment plan, THEY PUT THE CARD NUMBER IN WRONG. TWhen the payment declined they sent someone to shut us off, again! Called to figure it out and they demanded $900 for the months the card couldn't be billed/didn't get billed, or they would turn us off. They refused to split the bill enough though they messed up putting the card info in! Then they said that they could only charge a max of $600 so we HAD TO PAY THE $2.25 FEE TO CHARGE THE CARD A SECOND TIME TO PAY THE WHOLE BILL. THEN they said the order to shut off was already out and they couldn't contact the rep so we had to "catch" the guy, call them again, THEN PAY A $30 FEE TO RECONNECT.

WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH. WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Negative stars, if possible. I will never work with this company again.
