If this is a nanny care service website, they are going about it in a deceitful, fraudulent way. The basic level of membership will not allow you to contact or hire anyone that you are interested in. Basic membership only allows you to place an ad and view candidates. If you want to ACTUALLY hire or contact, you must additionally pay for the the 3 month membership and they will keep billing you until you track down their idiosyncratic process to cancel. This is ridiculously dishonest.
